Excerpted from "the story of the Paladins of France" by Just saying so, the show addresses some of the main themes of the chivalrous repertoire of the opera dei pupi intertwining love, conflict between Christians and Saracens and rivalries between Paladins, alliances and betrayals, deadly magic. Besieged by the army of the Saracen king Miriante, Paris is bravely defended by the French under the command of Rinaldo, while Roger is sent to Rome asking for help to the Pope. Fighting valiantly, Rinaldo manages to put away opponents and the pursuit of Miriante. During the crossing of the forest stumbles in cousin Orlando accompanied unexpectedly by Princess Angelica. Both lovers of women, Orlando and Rinaldo face off in a duel. While the magician Maugris, their cousin, shall endeavour to avoid unnecessary bloodshed, Ruggiero travel to Rome, comes close to a castle where hospitality asks, unaware of the fatal fate that awaits him. Franco Cuticchio (Business Terms, 1964) comes from a historic vilares company. As a child, following in the footsteps of father Jerome, learns as a child the complex craft of oprante beginning at the age of 12 years.
