Letizia Battaglia, a life spent between photography and politics, an eye-witness of atrocities and the beauty ofPalermo , but not only ofItaly and of the world; a look brave, immersed in contemporary. A woman of her time and her time, which tells the reality through other eyes of men and women, especially teenagers, his favorites.

Joy does not want gifts, but invites photographers Palermo to donate a picture of their city, to tell it together once again.
The photos can be delivered to teatro Garibaldi the February 28 (hours 10/13 and 19/16) and will be exhibited in the Gallery of the theater on the evening of March 5. Will contribute to the establishment of a central archive for Photography, which it is hoped can be born soon to Palermo, where project Letizia long dedicated his passion and his energies.
